Abstract

Complex problems at the beginning of human life have become a very hot topic in modern science, law, religion, and philosophy. Apart from significant scientific achievements, the medicolegal aspect of the beginning of human life is still controversial. Although many new developments have happened recently in this field, the medicolegal part is insufficiently covered. In this review article, we try to analyze them and invite readers to contribute using their own approaches.
